Hi all !

I know, i know, this is not a sieve forum but i think solution to my problem may represents some interest for kms administrators.
Here it is :
I want that mail sent to unknon user must be returned to sender with notification of the error. I create an alias called * on mydomaincom wich forward mail to "user" unknown.user<_at_>mydomain.com. I log in unknown.user webmail to create a rule to 1/ inform sender of error 2/delete message.
The informational text must be "Sorry, no mailbox for user xxxx<_at_>mydomain.com". So my question is : how can I specify xxxx<_at_>mydomain.com (in the reply body) wich is the "To:" field of the original mail ?

Any help apreciated...
Thanks in advance.

When KMS receives a connection for a delivery to non-existing user, it will refuse it with 5.1.1 code.
So the sender will get from his operator a returned mail like:

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

ooo<_at_>domain.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 10): 550 5.1.1 Mailbox <ooo<_at_>domain.com> does not exist

----- Original message -----
etc.etc.
