One of my users tried sending a meeting invitation to several co-workers. She got the following undeliverable response from the system:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Updated: Clinical Risk Analysis
Sent: 6/16/2005 4:27 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

usera<_at_> on 6/16/2005 4:28 PM
Failed (Conversion from MAPI message to RFC-822 failed.)

userb<_at_> on 6/16/2005 4:28 PM
Failed (Conversion from MAPI message to RFC-822 failed.)

...and so on for the entire list of recipients.

Some of the recipients got the meeting request, but couldn't reply or edit it. Some of the recipients didn't get anything. Yet other recipients got the meeting reqest apparently intact, but the times for the meeting are all wrong. She tried several times with the same results each time.

I had her send me a meeting reqest for a test meeting. I got it, edited the response messages, and accepted. Everything worked perfectly. So now I'm wondering if it's an intermittant problem that is going to be hard to track down.

We're on KMS/KOC 6.0.10 on Win2003, and the sending user and all the recipients are on WinXP/2000 with Outlook 2000. Has anyone come across this before? I couldn't find anything, but I figured I'd put out a feeler before I send off a support request.
