hello

is it possible to set mail filters ie

we only allow mail to be sent to certain addresses in an "allowed out" list (we currently use Workgroupmail), we also only allow mail to be received from certain senders, an "allowed in" list.
In Workgroup mail this is achieved using content filtering.

is there such a facility within kerio ?

In 6.1 (currently in RC1 status) you can specify the max mail message size to whatever you like, even on a per user setting. I don't think however you can distinguish between incoming -and outgoing mail...
