FYI,
KWF has bug in user's quota restriction:
As soon as the daily user's transfer quota is exceeded, it stay in "quota exceed action" state until KWF service is restarted or current month is over.
The action to reset any user's quota restriction (uncheck all these checkboxes) is not applied until you restart WinRoute.

Its been more than 2 years since this topic and yet this bug is still being ignored by kerio people. What a shame!
