Here is my page:

This is runing

But when you go here

http://www.cosie.cn/webmail/

you will get an empty screen

What the problem do you think it is??

Unfortunately it is Kerio that have limited their webmail to only run within their own sandboxed apache environment. Therefore you cannot run their webmail under an IIS or apache server that you already host.

Strange (and as infuriating) as that may seem

the sanboxed apache is part of KMS so you either swap it to another port or stop IIS listening on port 80

indeed.. Just go into kerio admin, services, open up de http service and change the port from 80 to whatever you like.. 8080 is sometimes used for proxies so i don't recommend that.. when i was evaluating, i used it on 8001 ..
