I can connect to an FTP Server and download files from one of the computers on lan with CuteFTP. But when I try to upload it gives error:

405 Method Not Allowed
Can't create following directory: "/public_html".

There is no problem with direct DSL connection.

My rules are:

LAN
Source: Lan interface
Dest: Internet Interface
Service: FTP
Action: Allow
Log packets, Default NAT, Prot.insp: Default

Firewall
Source: Firewall
Dest: Internet Interface
Service: FTP
Action: Allow
Log packets, No NAT, Prot.insp: Default

FTP Policy : Allow everything
