My calendar appears to be locked in Outlook and Webmail it won't let me save changes to my own calendar. I have checked the permission though webmail and they are fine.

Has anyone else seen this or have any ideas on how to fix it?

Is this in 6.1??

I have had similar flaky behaviour.

Lost count of the number of times I have had to re-index

I am expecting/hoping for a quick 6.1.1 release which fixes some of the bigger bugs... There seem to be plenty at the moment.

Fingers crossed..

I have the same problem, one calendar is locked from any changes. I noticed below that 're-indexing' was mentioned. Does this resolve the issue and can you tell me how to re-index Kerio?

Thanks in Advance!

I just renamed the 'status.fld' file within the Calendar directory to 'status.bad'. I restarted Kerio and the problem was resolved. Apparently, the 'status.fld' file was corrupt!

Hope this helps

The file was not corrupted. Calendar is switched to read-only mode when it is being published by iCal from client. This is necessary because iCal publishing always overwrite whole calendar and changes on server would be lost.

Thanks much for this information. However, the file was not marked as read-only, it was set as rw. I do however think it MAY have had something to do with iCal sync, which seems to be a serious issue with design. Specifically, the syncing should not stop calendar updating from any other venue. That is just not required ... I do agree with locking the specific Calendar record for the duration of the update, but not the Calendar forever ... just does not make sense...

Thanks Again!

The file is marked as rw. R/O flag is inside the file.
Any iCal client (not just Apple iCal) deletes whole calendar and publish own copy of the calendar. All changes on server are lost - that's why we mark it as R/O so you cannot lost any data. It does not work with calendar records - only with complete calendar. I agree that it is not much clever but it works this way.
