Hi, on 6.1.0 is there any way of limiting the maximum message size in a user's mailbox? I notice options for maximum outgoing message sizes, but not for incoming?

Can I do this per domain?

Look under SMTP Server-Security Options

This setting is a global SMTP max email size so it applies to any emails sent (in and out) via SMTP. The option here is overridden by the settings on user's mailboxes

Thanks Peter. So the only option to limit Incoming max is to use the global setting? The user mailbox/domain settings seem to be outgoing only.

Yes that is my understanding of the option.

Basically the Global setting applies to any SMTP connection from inside & out.

The User-Specific option I assume waits for the user's SMTP auth and then applies a limit to messages they send.
