We still have the problems where messages get stuck in the outbox in 6.1

Is this STILL a bug - does anyone else have this problem.

We have this issue on 5-6 PC's using Outlook 2000

I have also noticed that read receipts get consistently stuck in the outbox. Is there some connection?

Peter: Turn on KOC debug logging for a user and wait for them to report it. Send us KOC debug log (via support in the usual way).

Also if you have time, you can use ethereal to get dump of IMAP when this happens - that will be really really useful.

Thanks,
Joshua

Are you kidding, like I have the time to do that kind of troubleshooting.

I will enable the KOC debugging and see what I can get but ethereal is going too far.

PS.
I have noticed the Read Receipts get stuck using Outlok 2003 as well as 2000
