The backup to the \\mos-dc-001\Q$\eMail Backups directory,
started on Mon, 1 Aug 2005 23:00:01 +0100, failed.
Backup to the \\mos-dc-001\Q$\eMail Backups/C20050801T220001Z.zip file failed,
1072349231 MB of 208900 MB free on destination disk, backup file size 0 B.

This a 300gb firewire drive with nothing on it, does the backup function have a 2gb maximum file size?

And whats with 3 backups per week..... Crazy!!

That doesn't seem right. It's reporting that you have over 1000Tb free on a disk that is 208Gb big...

haha

Also the backup module cannot correctly read UNC paths...

The backup file gets to about 400mb before terminating and emailing me the error.

Error Log:
Quote:

[01/Aug/2005 23:07:10] mail_folder.cpp: Cannot write to \\mos-dc-001\Q$\eMail Backups/C20050801T220001Z

Just turned on debug and will trace what happens.

Well, it got to 97mb then terminated.... Will log a bug with support...

I can't comment about future plans. EVER. About ANYTHING.

Thanks,
Joshua

I am on Kerio 7.4.2 build 7694 and it is still not working!!!!

KERIO - HELLO???!!
Do I have to pay for this to be fixed?
I thought I already pay with the maintenance contract I have!

We are not aware of any such issue in 7.4.2 version.
Flooding our forums and picking up 7 years old threads does not help to anyone.

I know, I am sorry.
But that new thing that you don't get support if you have a problem (unless you pay) aggravates me.
I am paying for Kerio connect and Kerio Control for 100 users every year since many years and now Kerio says - Sorry, you have to pay!

There are two free support incidents included in current Software Maintenance. Also your Kerio Partner where you bought the license should provide you technical support as well.
