Why is there no list of known issues/bugs? It's getting extremely frustrating submitting support tickets only to wait 4-7 days to get a reply that it's a known bug and being worked on.

I second that. Moreover there is no feedback on what is being worked on, what the priority is or even an intimation of when these bugs will be fixed!!!

It would be very helpfull, yes. Although I don't think they'll ever post a complete list of known issues as long as they are not even willing to give indications on future plans/features/fixes/etc.

I guess they feel that making such a list public would open up the flood gates.

I recall only Ati (with there Radeon driver releases) giving (fairly) complete lists of known issues.

The fact that there are a lot of bugs is no excuse for not letting the user's know which ones they know about.

It may be embarrasing (when the releases are as buggy as they have been over the last year) but ultimately it helps to keep the load off Kerio's support staff as well as helping the end users be realistic about fixes etc..!

Not only would it help, but I think it would also cut down on their workload as well. Maybe they could respond to support tickets faster if they didn't have to wade through a ton of support requests for known issues... at least issues known to them.

Perhaps we should start a buglist topic on the forums...?

We can add the issues and state whether or not Kerio are aware of them?

Good call Peter.... The only thing I fear is that the mods may remove it...

I think it is an ace idea! :D

'Do Not Deliver Before' does not work (10575)
Mesages get stuck in the outbox
Activesync doesnt sync with mailbox via KOC
KSP produces duplicate entries
KSP does not work with alternate ports
Pre KOC patch1 - R6025 - pure virtual function call (10874)
Post KOC patch1 - Free/Busy errors
Backups are limited to 3times a week (9572)
Some read receipts are returned to 'Full Name' field instead of email addy
Memory leaks (Various)
Outlook views (Group by etc) dont work - (Needs offline caching apparently)
Need admin console re-indexing
Cannot sort notes items (By any field) (9520)
Cannot sort Tasks items (By some fields) - webmail & KOC
Webmail Spellchecker corrupts HTML messages
Migration via IMAP issues (9749)
IMAP cannot search message body (Until offline caching again...)

I expect that Kerio would think some of these a bit tenuous but I consider them all to be bugs in the product.
