Hi,

I've got this message when I try to search inside the "notes" folder. Anyone else?

Thanks in advance

Notes folders are not supported in KMS (I believe)...

Actually Kerio told me they are supported.

(Just not in webmail)

Notes folders are not explicitly supported by the engine yet (and not by Support). They work properly for some people, but it's coincidence.

Well, here's the thing: In Outlook you can create and view Notes because it's part of Outlook, it's not something we can disable. But we haven't written in proper handling for it, so you get issues like the sorting one you reported.

In WebMail we can make it look however we want, so no notes at all Smile

Does this mean that fixing Bug 9520 is a low priority for Kerio?

Joshua,

Below is a quote from you on 10th June:

Quote:

* Notes are supported in Outlook, but not in WebMail

and here is the link to it...

Yes, I'm sorry. I was unclear in that original email. Also, I had to clarify with development about how we "supported" Notes.

On the one hand, it usually "works".

On the other hand, we don't actually have explicit support for it, so the bugs like "can't sort notes" depend on us adding explicit support.

And before you ask, no, I don't know when we'll add explicit Notes support or fix the sorting issue.
