This is the first time I've seen this entry in the warning log:

Rejecting record with mismatching usernames: username<_at_>domain.com vs username

Anybody know what this means or what causes this?

We see the same many times each day for many different users.

Can anybody provide any further info as to what this error relates to?

We've also started seeing these entries after migrating servers although we've double double checked that everything is the same as previous server?

Love to know if it's anything to worry about?

I still see this error. Any news on this?

It looks to me as an conflict between the Kerio Login name and having multiple short names in Workgroup Manager.

I have removed all alternate shortnames for users in WorkGroup Manager for one user and that seems to stop the error for that particular user.

Can someone here please do the same thing with one of their users and confirm if that has indeed stopped the error.

We can then inform Kerio of the problem.

Assuming you are using Apple Open Directory, I've seen this caused by the OD user account having multiple short names and the user is attempting to use one of the alternate short names to log into KMS.
