Just Looking at KMS 6.1.0 and I have noticed that mail that has say been downloaded from another mail server via pop3 download is not appearing in the Message Queue Window.

Or mail sent to the email address on the server is not appearing in the message queue either?

Is this by design or a problem or me doing something wrong.

My thinking/understanding is all mail that has not been collected or delivered should be sitting in the message queue?

Any mail waiting to go out will be in the queue.
(It may be sent out immediately though)

Any incoming mail or internal mail goes to mailboxes & does not stay in the queue.

(Unless there is a problem with mail processing (av or anti-spam) the queue will usually be empty.)
