I want to repeat:

update MailingList set Footer='DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE, IT IS AUTOMATED AND WILL NOT BE READ\n\nSac-Yolo MVCD\nhttp://www.fightthebite.net/' where Name='ulv95819' and Domain='sac-yolomvcd.com'

For EVERY list, as such:

update MailingList set Footer='DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE, IT IS AUTOMATED AND WILL NOT BE READ\n\nSac-Yolo MVCD\nhttp://www.fightthebite.net/' where Domain='sac-yolomvcd.com'

Is this possible for me to do on my own?

Thanks!
Matt Farley

Hi Matt,

KMS does not use SQL.

Cheers,
Joshua

I found the above snippet in my original post in KMS's log files. It resembled SQL.

Is there a way to accomplish what I'm trying to do? We have 50+ mailing lists, and I want to change the email footers for all of them at once.

I don't think there is a way to do this...

Here's one idea: If you have an editor that supports multiple documents at once, or some scripting skills, you can modify all the files at once. Look for the files under C:\Program Files\Kerio\MailServer\store\data\lists

There are lots of editors that can do 'find & replace' operations on multiple open files, or all files in a directory, etc.

EditPlus (www.editplus.com) is one of them I used with great pleasure.

Joshua,

I looked in the lists directory and each list only has 3 files:

key
members
moderators

And none of them contain the footer text for emails associated with the lists.

Where can I find this?
