Hi everyone,
i have looked and just cant find anything on this topic or i just dont know what to look for.

My friend and i use kerio and we thought what a great idea to be each other back up mail server.

this works well , so when he goes down i queue his mail for him , but that is as far as it works properly.

We set up ETRN and yes we recieve the mail from each others domain if it goes down , but when we try just to send mail to each other , we just end up on the queue.

What i set up was just another domain which is his domain
example

xyz.com and i tell kerio to if mail does not exists send to mail.xyz.com port 25 .

are we missing the point somewhere here , or is kerio not really set up for relaying.

Thanks in advance
