Hallo,

we have a problem with Outlook 2000 and KOC.
On some clients we don't see in the Connector-Properties the tab with the mailserver rules and so the user can't change the rules.
Other clients show the tab.
We are running KMS 6.0.10 on Suse 9.2 and KOC 6.0.10

Hope somebody can help us

thanks
Red

Try and reinstall the KOC on those machines. I've seen this on a few machines, and reinstalling usually fixes it. I think the install doesn't always work properly, but it doesn't happen often enough to figure out what exactly is wrong.

Also check Outlook -> Help -> About Microsoft Outlook -> Disabled Items

To make sure the KOC.DLL isn't disabled.

Actually the disabled items option doesn't even exist in OL2K...!

You can check Tools-Options-Other-Advanced-Addin Manager and ensure KOC is selected though...
