On KWF's documentation it states that DHCP must be enabled on KWF. What happens if I have already a DHCP server on the network in the domain controller? Doesn't it cause conflicts?

Do NEVER enable 2 DHCP servers on the same network !!
If you have your own dhcp on the LAN, disable the one provided by kfw. The same rule applies to DNS forwarding if your first DNS forwarder is installed on the machine hosting KFW.
I'm not sure, but the Admin Windows tells you when there is a server conflict.
