Hi,

We have setup a public calendar for scheduling consulting engagements. My thought was that when i was scheduled to be on an appointment, i would create the event in the shared calendar and invite myself to it, so that my free/busy is updated as well as the engagement calendar for all to see.

I just spent 15 minutes going through my schedule for the rest of the year, making sure that i was 'invited' to the meeting, but after created a bunch of events in the public calendar, i found that i have none in mine.

I did this yesterday with Outlook, and it worked the way i expected it would. Webmail doesn't seem to understand that i want a copy of the event in my personal Calendar, too.

Any thoughts?

Did you press the 'Send' button (instead of the 'Save and close') when creating the appointments?
