Hello,

I ve got a big problem.

In our Office we ve got 12 Kerio Users. 2 of them should use IMAP and Webmail from outside the Office via Internet. How could I restrict the other users getting their mails only at office?

I dont think you can do this. You can't select protocols by user..

The only way I can suggest is to give them strong passwords and set (save) them in their IMAP/KOC clients and then DO NOT TELL THE USERS THEIR OWN PASSWORDS..

What do you think?..

You can restrict the webmail port on server's firewall for outside connections.

Or if you're using NAT on a router you can disable too, and only permit the imap connections.

But if the IMAP port is open all users can use IMAP from Outside. I would prefer something like: Allow user only to login from Network group or something like that.

Pay Attention!!!

Protocol access can't be limited by user in KMS.

You need a workaround, what about my suggestion?
