I try to use backup. I configured it with manual (backup directory on another drive) but I always get the following warning log :
"Backup folder D:\BACKUP\MAIL conflicts with archive directory".
And Archiving function isn't enabled ...

May you have an idea ?

I had a similar issues with a client I had who dumped kerio because of their backup issues.

1.)You need to turn on archiving, change it's directory to your
C:\Program Files\Kerio\MailServer\store\archive

2.) then shut archiving back off.

3.)next you need to define your backup path, remember don't try to use the browse button for this, kerio doesn't have the browse button working. You will need to manually type in your backup path.

This worked for me, but there were some other issues that made the remote backup not work after this, I don't rememeber what they were my client dumped Kerio at this point, and I don't blame him.
