We are using outlook 2003 with the outlook connector and have the following problem.

If you open a new e-mail click the TO: button it brings up the address search, well it only gives me 2 choices as far as address books, outlook address and contacts. There is only the addresses that are in my personnal address book.

If I go directly to contacts from the main page in outlook I have 5 public address books as well as my personnal book.

This works fine using Webmail, and in outlook using 6.0.10.

We upgraded and are now having this issue.

Any ideas....

Go to your Contacts Tab so you can look at all your address books. Right click on one and select Properties. Then select the Outlook Address Book tab. Make sure the checkbox is checked that says "Show this folder as an email address book". Do this for all your Contact Folders.

Hope this helps,
BP
