Is anyone else experiencing the following problems when users share webmail calendars?

The program would not display the times that an administrative assistant entered for her supervisor. It entered totally random times.

The calendar shows double entries of the same activity.

The administrator and her assistant are having trouble trusting the calendar and it is essential that the administrator arrive in the right place at the right time. HELP!!!!

Are the times zones entered correctly (on the server, clients, etc.)? Not just in KMS, but in the systems itself also?

winkleman...
Thank you for responding.... I have passed the word to net admin.

Where in the KMS configuration do you find the time settings? (I will pass on to the net admin.)

We feel part of the problem is an issue with daylight savings time.
Thanks!!!

There isn't a setting under KMS for the time. It uses the system time of the server.

I have run into an issue in the past where daylight saving time was the cause. We had a few of computers that didn't have the checkbox set for 'Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings changes' for some reason. The time on the computer still displayed right, and other things worked fine, but the calendar in Kerio would display the time an hour off in *some* places, but not all. All the clients have to be configured the same for the calendar to display the time correctly.

Scott...
I have passed along the suggestion to check the date and time settings to hopefully solve this problem....
Thanks!!
