We are using KMS ver 6.1 and KOC, for both our company mail and that of our client.

When we send and receive emails with attachments between members of our company, there is no problem.

When our members of out clients company send and receive emails with attachments between members of there company, there is no problem.

When we send and receive emails with attachments between members of our company or members of our clients company and outside addresses there is no problem.

When we send or receive emails with attachments between anyone in our company and anyone in our clients company the attachment icon appears on Outlook, but there is no attachment visible. If we then use the Kerio web mail, the attachment is visible and accessible.

One other odd item, when we look at the inbox in outlook, the attachment icon is visible until we open the email, then it disappears.

Has anyone any ideas on what this could be?

What version of Outlook are you using?

Have you tried other more stable versions of the KOC?
