Thanks Joshua, I have installed it on 1 Outlook 2003, 1 Outlook XP, and 1 Outlook 2000. I just had one freeze up on the 2003. hopefully won't happen again.

4 freeze-ups in 14 minutes= an uninstall on my servers.

Three were on my Office 2003 professional with all service packs and updates. 1 on my office XP again with all serice packs and updates.

To be truthful I don't know about the stuck in outbox issue, never got a chance to send an email. Hope others have better luck than I.

I have installed on 5 PC's so far (All Outlook 2000)

So far I already have 2 unstable ones.

Could I be doing something wrong or should I go back to 6.0.10... :-(

(I have still only got KMS 6.1.0) (No Patches)

So in 20 minutes, 8 machines, 2 admins, and 3 versions of office we have seen 4 lockups, on all three versions and for both admins. Urrrg

Robert, please do the following:

1) Make sure you've rebooted the machine after KOC update.
2) Enable KOC debug logging as described here: http://support.kerio.com/kb/261
3) Enable 'SMTP Server session' and 'IMAP server session' in the KMS debug log.

Then, when you have a hang again, send the KOC debug log, KMS debug log, and the precise time when it happens to support<_at_>kerio.com. Put "Hang on patch8" in the subject.

Thank you! This helps us to resolve these problems!

Also:

* If you are using Google Desktop Search, please disable it and see if the hangs/crashes continue.

* Create a new Outlook profile and see if you have hangs/crashes on this profile.

I am sending the logs now, I lock EVERY time an email comes in on these test machines. Do you suggest I remove the patch? Or do you need more info.
