Hello,

I have users connecting to Kerio mailserver on very slow connections using express webmail. They are getting irritated because on a phone connection, the page refreshes out from under them every few minutes. Since it's taking them a minute or more for the page to come up again, it would be really nice if this feature could be turned off or adjusted in the user settings. I would even be happy if there was a way to turn it off server-wide for all users.

The following line in browse.php is causing the trouble:
<meta http-equiv='Refresh' content='300'>

Is there a way to adjust the time limit, or turn this feature off entirely? If not, I would like to request that such a feature be added in a future version of Kerio mailserver.

Thank you, and nice work on the new Kerio Mailserver! (We upgraded from version 5 recently and our users love it).

Try this using your own account:

1. Login to webmail (full version) and change the default refresh rate in the settings to something other than the default (5 min.).

2. Logout.

3. Login to webmail mini and see what the browse.php sets the refresh rate to.

If it's the same as the full version of webmail, then users can control the setting by logging in to the full version once & then using mini the rest of the time.

PS - I'm going to test it now myself.

It works... just change the setting in full webmail to your desired refresh rate. The default is 5 minutes; the range is 1 minute to 20 minutes.
