Hi Folks,

Does anyone know how to automatically place a message that a user has sent from their outlook (configured as a POP3 to the Kerio Box with the "Leave Mail on Server") into the Webmail "Sent Items"?

I am sure this is possible

Regards

Barry

I don't think this is possible without having another acount in Outlook (IMAP or KOC) as when using POP3 your sent items are just saved into the PST with everything else.

POP3 is only accessing the inbox folder on the KMS so it cannot store things in other folders - it's just not how it works..>!

I recently saw that Google mail makes you access the mailbox via POP3 (secured connection). When you sent an e-mail from your client it is also stored in the server side outbox. That's something I haven't seen before.

And why not? Kerio MailServer picks up the smtp communication. It is possible to copy the e-mail to the sent items folder.

That would be nice, indeed. I'm having issues with KOC, and IMAP on outlook is just not good enough (boy, I'm missing Thunderbird). The only real issue with pop3 is the decentralized outbox...

Cheers,
Philipp
