clients can not access ftp can u help pls

1st policy is about icmp.
2nd policy is source=local network destination = any service =any translation = nat
3rd policy source = any destination = any service =any.

If you are using the proxy do not set proxy in ie for ftp traffic (only set proxy in ie for http and https).

we tried doing that but it failed. we tried with nat option but still not working

Check the FTP policy settings. Enable logging (packets) for the outgoing traffic rule and the FTP policies. Check filter log to see what is happening.
