I keep getting a "Business Contact Manger 0X8004010F MAPI_E_Not_Found" error when attempting to use Business Contact Manager with my KOC-equipped Outlook 2003.

Is it possible to run KOC and Business Contact Manager together?

Thanks,

Ted

I do not believe we support BCM at the moment. However, I have filed a bug and I will find out of we do.

If not, this will become a suggestion.

Hi,
I'm having a problem with MailServer version 6.1.4 and Outlook 2003. I'm getting an error "Array index out of bounds" when opening a record in Business Contact Manager. I tried the steps in Microsoft Article #836558 but it still doesn't work. Is this feature in Outlook 2003 supported?
Thanks,
Charlie
