I had a couple questions about user and mail statistics that I didn’t want to bother Kerio support with.

Has anyone had issues with the user contacts in Kerio 6.1.0. We are running it on a Windows platform with users coming from Active Directory. No Statistics are showing up for our users in the Admin Console. I was wondering if anyone has seen this, or if I am missing something.

Also does anyone know how the statistics work for mail delivery?
In the first 5 sections for messages I have the following:
Messages received by server – 9344
Messages stored in queue – 10
Messages transmitted by server -13768
Messages delivered to local domains – 13395
Messages sent to remote MX servers – 373

The question I have about this is with messages received and messages delivered to local domains. Shouldn’t my received total be higher then my messages delivered to local domains? Or are these values separate?

Disclaimer: It's been a while since I've hacked around with KMS statistics.

"Messages received by server" should be messages received from the Internet. "Messages delivered to local domains" should be both local user to local user traffic AND messages coming from the Internet. So, "Messages delivered to local domains" should be higher than the latter.

Re: "Has anyone had issues with the user contacts", I don't understand what you're asking exactly.
