I noticed just now when trying to respond to a Kerio Tech Support Email that Kerio for some reason stripped off the trouble ticket number from the subject line of the email i was responding to. i.e. Header of email from Kerio

From: Jeffrey Wadlow
Sent: None
To: Me
Subject: [BZN-3783]: Maillist

I click reply and have the following.

From: Me
Sent: None
To: Jeffrey Wadlow
Subject: Maillist
