I like that when I press the delete button on an email, it's just deleted (or sent to the bin as the case may be) but with marking something as spam, I have to confirm the action.

It's strange that you confirm for one but not the other. Personally, when I mark it as spam I just want it gone, although I do understand that sometimes people make mistakes, in which case, incorrectly marked spam could be sent to the bin and revived from there if the user so desires.

So can/could we have an option (or have I already missed one if it exists) that just marks and deletes the spam (without confirmation)?

Are we talking webmail?
Go to Settings --> Mail tab --> disable 'Confirm marking messages as spam'.

Outlook KOC?
Tools --> Options --> Spam --> disable 'Confirm marking messages as spam'.

That wasn't too hard, hey? Wonder why you couldn't find these things...

I think that's only available in the KOC/Outlook. That option isn't available in webmail.

Oops. I didn't see it on the Mail tab. Why isn't it on the Spam tab where it should be?

That's why I couldn't find it at first also. I knew the option was there, somewhere... :)
