I use the POP3 download for about 50 people (50 different POP3 download 'settings') and spam-filtering works just fine.

So I think you're problem lies somewhere else...

Yes, that's also what I mean.

(Our mail still comes into our company to our old mailserver. KMS picks up this mail bij POP3 and my users use webmail. Once everyone is migrated to KMS, I wil of course change this and let the mail come direclty to KMS.)

I did not configure anything special for the POP3 download with regards to spam... it just works.

Some suggestions:

Do you have the spam Spam Rating option (SpamEliminator) enabled on KMS?

Do you have the 'Action' tab of the Spam Filter settings properly configured? (I mark the message as spam above a score of 5.0.)

Are the Junk-email filter rules enabled for your users? You can check this by loging into webmail and going to the Mail filters. You can't actualy do anything with the Spam filter their, but since KMS 6.1.1 you can see the (greyed out) Spam rule and check if it's enabled.

And are you sure the spam filter does work for mail that gets delivered directly to KMS (no POP3 download)?

I am sure because every day i have many new mails under Spam Folder in webmail.

I check all options, all seems ok :/

I search again and check all options in case of a mistake.

I will look at logs too.

Ok, i see the problem. POP3 Download accounts IP was in my White IP List, so they was not filtered by Anti-Spam engine.

Sorry about the noise, now that works :)

Sorry again.
