Hi all,

I am going to upgrade the KMS from 6.0.10 to 6.1.1
I checked from Kerio Knowledge Base. They suggest to use admin console to download the update and upgrade it.

Since we are using RedHat Linux ES3. Can I download the rpm file and use the command "rpm -Uvh kerio-mailserver-x.x.x.rpm" to upgrade? Which one will be the best way for upgrading?

Thank you.

Regards,
KitLeung

Yes, you can do that also.

For reference, all the Admin Console link does is open up your browser to download the file, so in reality there is no difference. Whether you download the product directly from the website or use the link in the Admin Console you will still need to run rpm -Uvh to upgrade the product.
