I have a number of POP3 clients and as such they cannot see the junk mail folder on the Kerio server as they simply download mail from the inbox to the client. Is there any way I can keep spam in the inbox rather than automatically moving it to the junk mail folder? Then the client could simply filter the mail marked as spam on the client.

When you create a local user, there's an option to 'Enable the default spam rule that moves messages marked as spam to the Junk E-mail folder'. Just uncheck that when creating an account.

If you already have the rule in place, log into webmail, and disable the rule there.

Hello!

I have the same problem, and I can not find Spam settings while logged-in in WebMail.
Maybe there is another way? Because I don't want to log in to all user accounts to change this setting.

Oh, I found this tab (Spam) - I used small version and there are no Tabs in small version of WebMail.
But, anyway, how to uncheck this setting for any user without logging into WebMail?
