Currently we use Kerio as a simple POP3. All emails are stored locally on user PC's (user1<_at_>xyz.com.au). If i need to setup 5 users with a common email (support<_at_>xyz.com.au). These users are all in the same domain. They need to be able to see the emails received, and also the correspondants to and from these emails. All 5 users must see this information. Is the best way to do this to use the outlook connector? Does this mean that account will be stored on the server? Will i be able to still have each users normal account (e.g user1<_at_>... user2<_at_>...) along with the shared support<_at_>... account?

There are two ways to do this, with KOC or with Webmail. Because there is a known issue with using KOC along with another account such as a POP account, for now I would recommend your users use Webmail for the shared account. We are working to resolve the other issue however, so eventually you will be able to properly use KOC and a POP account in the same profile.

OK. so with regards to that. If all 5 users leave their webmail screens on all day, how often are the profiles update. So if a users responds to a recieved email, how long before another user will see it on their screen?

User definable, default is 5 minutes, configurable from 1 minute to 'never reload'.
