A user told me that she can't connect from home by webmail.

In the office, webmail works perfect for her, but when she's trying at home, kerio always tell her "session expired".

Should I erase any blocking file?

Check the security settings in Internet Explorer. It would not be set to "High". Try to lower security settings in MS IE.
