Hi,

I just wanted to confirm that the latest version of Kerio's Outlook connector is not compatible with Outlook SP2. I just updated Outlook to SP2, and now I can't download my Gmail POP3 emails to Kerio.

Is there a new version coming up soon?

Thanks.

What does Gmail POP3 have to do with the KOC? You cannot (or should not) use POP3 accounts in the same Outlook profile as KOC.

And what Outlook version are you talking about?

I've been running Outlook 2003 SP2 with the KOC for a while now with no problems.

What does GMail POP3 have to do with the KOC?

I've got Outlook 2003 and configured it so that all e-mail is delivered to "Kerio Outlook Connector Store".

This means that all my POP3 accounts (gmail, yahoo, etc) will download e-mail from external servers (not kerio, obviously) and will store it in "Kerio Outlook Connector Store" main folder, more specifically in the inbox folder.

That worked brilliantly until today when I upgraded Outlook to Outlook 2003 SP2 version. Now, everytime I receive an e-mail, I get an error message saying "error (0x80040102) : 'The requested operation cannot be performed on this account'.

By the way, that's the only problem I have: downloading emails from external POP3 mail servers *to* Kerio Inbox. I can access my Kerio mail in Outlook without any problems.
