Hello,

Our situation:
KMS 6.1.1 on Apple OSX Server
All users KOC 6.1.1 with outlook XP/2003.

When several users send mail, the subject dissapears (and sometimes also the attachments) when sending e-mail from outlook. (2003)

I cannot reproduce this, but in the sent-items folder are a lot messages sent without subject.

Somebody knows if this is a known/resolved issue ??

Thanks

I have not heard of this issue off hand. Can you please provide exact steps so that we can attempt to duplicate the issue?

This sounds similar to a bug I reported a while back. I found in while corresponding to Kerio. KOC was chopping off the beginning of the subject line when I repled to emails. It was actually chopping off the Kerio Trouble ticket number (i.e subject="[KOC20123] Kerio is doing this" would show up as subject="Kerio is doing this". At the time the Kerio staff said it was a known error.

Kerio replied to me: "we're tracking it as bug 12781. Our developers are now working to resolve it"
