If the destinatary not found in the first KMS it forwards this message at the server two. Our problem is an error sends sometimes for the server 1 when a user created in this server tries to send an email to a user created in the second server… the message is:

Try to find out WHY the "server was not able to deliver your email message".

Is server 2 perhaps sometimes offline? Regularly check the message queue, it list the reason for delivery problems (as long as the message is still in the queue).
