Just evaluating KM 6.0.9

what have i done in order to sent and receive mails??

on the plesk of the hoster in dns:

MX(5) record ceated that points to
A record created that points to my IP

in KM did i:

in Domains creating a domain
in POP3 download creating a pop3 server with my IP, a user, and maildelivery to user<_at_>
in domain-settings had i created a user, with the same name as in pop3, with data source internal
in Aliases a user with the same name as in pop3, deliver to user<_at_>

I can NOT receive mail
Sending is no problem
I have opened port 25 and 110.

What can be the problem?

I show that you set up an MX record to point to, but that DNS name does not resolve to an IP address. You need to add an A record for that subdomain to resolve to the MailServer IP address.

thank you for your answer

With the help of my webhoster, an MX and an A record has been created.

But now, i do not know how to configure Kerio Mailserver

Appologies for this, but i am not an IT'er.

Sending is not a problem

It has to be something with the pop-configuration

ps: i am using thunderbird as mail-client.

Stop using 6.0.9 and download a trial version of 6.1.1 from

We can't offer you support on a trial version of 6.0.9, only the most recent version.
