I have 5 IP from my ISP and i wanna use them, so i want to

What are your plans for the 5 IP from your ISP?
As far as the DHCP this only affects client pc's on your lan. If you would like to turn that off sure you can and then manually add the ip addresses to the respective pc's or use DHCP from a different source (like windows server etc).
