hi,
we have enable backup option and given path "E:\Kerio Mailserver Backup\BAckup". when ever we start backup option it says backup failed chk warning. in warning box we get error"Backup folder E:\Kerio Mailserver Backup\BAckup conflicts with archive directory."
pls advice

It would be very helpful if you can tell us the version of Kerio MailServer you have. It is very hard to help if there is so few informations.

I think this could be an issue in Administration Console 6.1.0. See changelog for KMS 6.1.1 at http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&goto=29278#msg_2 9278 :
