Hi there,
Does anyone knows how can I prevent a user to use a specific service at a specific period? For instance, allow a user to use messenger from 08:00 to 09:00, and prevent it from use it from 09:31 to 12:00.

Thanks you

You should define time ranges and specify traffic rules and policies only to be applicable during these defined periods.

This way you can control when certain services are available and when they are not.
