Moreware is the distributor of Kerio MailServer in Sweden, and I am responsible for education and support at Moreware. Since many of our customers have been demanding a course in how to use KMS I started to plan such a course.

I would like to scan your opinions of what should be brought up in such a course. Does anyone of you have any experience of teaching a course in Kerio MailServer to your customers/dealers/administrators?

I would like to give this course/demonstration to technicians and administrators so focuses would be on installing/configuring and working with KMS. Any suggestions or experience sharing would be appreciated a lot.

Best regards,

Conny Wikman

Pretty much a class walking down the Admin Console would be a great idea. The left pane is fairly organized and probably how you'd want to attack topics. Also make sure your students know about the KMS user manual, which unlike a lot of other products, is well-written and informative.

If you wish to be offical about it, please note that we have a certification program for KMS and KWF:

Thanks for the hint Joshua. Maybe I should start with certifying myself ;) I'll have a look at it and try to get that certification myself first ... it was a very good idea to try to get more people on that programme.
