yes.

System Requierements on the Webiste: 256 MB RAM
System Requierements in the manual: 128 MB RAM

The system has real 128 MB (i know, i know it's not much (but enough) for W2k3)

coult this be the problem?

I don't think that's the problem. Having too little physical memory may and will cause Windows to use the page file (a lot), thus significantly decreasing performance. But I can't see it leading to actual errors.

Maybe a TCP/IP port conflict? Did you turn off Windows Internet Connection Sharing? Is Windows Routing not interfering? Windows Firewall perhaps? ...

TCP/IP port conflict: the service that are running: DNS, DHCP, WINS, FTP. I don't think, that this is the problem

Did you turn off Windows Internet Connection Sharing? Yes

Windows Firewall perhaps? not active

Sad
