Is anyone else having a problem with the Kerio Forums?

I'm receiving all the emails, so I know people are posting new topics, but if I look at the forums with my browser, it shows Monday, Dec. 12th as the last day anyone posted.

Anyone else having this problem? I've cleared my cache and used two different web browsers. Did Kerio switch servers and maybe my DNS servers haven't gotten the updated info?

I'm basically submitting this topic to see what happens!

Thanks,
BP

Yes. Some posts don't show up, while others do. Also, when I tried to view the post, quote, or reply to the email notification from your post, it brings me to the wrong topic for a reply. Hence the new topic.

It seems the system has been flaking out since they moved it.

Strange.

I can't see BP's topic either - although I did get notification of it by email.

It's as if there were 2 forum servers running concurrently and we are looking at different ones...?

Weird!

I was thinking that myself. Some topics show up right away, I noticed one the other day that took a number of hours before I could see it (I know because I created the topic). It seems almost like some sort of synchronization issue. Of course, that doesn't explain why trying to reply to BP's notification email brought me to the wrong topic.

To make it completely clear:

We've moved forums to another server on Dec 12th. Both DNS records for forum.kerio.com and forums.kerio.com were updated. However there are still some DNS servers with old values (don't ask me why) .

New IP address is 195.39.55.10. Please check you can resolve forum.kerio.com and forums.kerio.com to that address.

Forum on old server was still running, just for a backup and now it's completely offline.
