Hi, I want to empty junkmail for some of our users periodically (some of us never empty their junkmail and it clogs up the server). Am I overlooking this feature, or is there a way for me to do this?

Actually, this may depend on your e-mail client. Many e-mail clients have an ability to delete old e-mails from the mailbox.

Kerio MailServer does not have any special support for this.

Uh oh... So there's no way for an administrator to make sure his/her staff's junk mail boxes are continually checked. Could I request this feature?

For my previous mail server, we had a third party perl script that would connect to the server (IMAP or through the API) every night and delete mail in each account's spam folder that was X days old. It could also use the format SPAMx(SPAM7 or SPAM30) to delete spam that was 7 days old and spam that was 30 days old in each folder. This allowed the use to set the time. I will see if I can find the script and modify it to work with Kerio.
