On our network is an Exchange 2000 server installed. Where can i find possible solutions to create a rule for forwarding email ?

Exchange uses port 25 (SMTP) for receiving and sending mail. The rules are:

name: Receive mail
source: internet
dest: firewall
service: SMTP
action: allow
protocol inspector: default
translation: MAP <ip address of the mailserver>

name: Send mail
source: mailserver
dest: internet
service: SMTP
action: allow
protocol inspector: default
translation: NAT default outgoing
