Hello,

I have a user with strange problems. I have located the problem, I think it is an chmod trouble. The mailserver could not write to the mailbox in Linux.

I have chmod the dir to 666, and now it works fine.

What chmod does kerio mailserver do for the users? I see in the store dir that file are chmoded each time otherwise. How to check and reset it? Or does Kerio chech it also each time?

Greetings,

Arjen

What is interesting is that if your users are created with the admin console the user folders are set to 755, but if the users are created with the web admin, the user folders are set to 700.

The folder timestamp will get updated with use.
